Nicole and I just wanted to thank you for getting our house sold in such a short amount of time. This is a tough market and though we were hoping it would go fast, we were not certain that it could be done.
The research you did on the neighborhood and the market helped get the house correctly positioned and your follow up with the prospective buyer's agents definitely made the difference. Had you not followed up with the agents that showed the house, we would still be on the market today.
