You’ve made it to the final step!
Closing means you’re officially handing over ownership of your home to the buyer.
We’ll meet with the closing company to sign all the paperwork and make sure any last-minute issues are sorted out.
This is also a good time to work with your real estate team to wrap up details like canceling utilities and services, transferring account names, and making sure the new owner knows how to use any appliances that are staying behind.
