Why do these reports not show consistent information from last months information?

We came up with a different

We came up with a different system how to create more reports and faster as well, therefore I had to re-download the raw numbers form the ARMLS. Looks like some agents are behind on putting their data in, so this created a slight difference in numbers (for the first months). We haven't realized that we need to wait at least a week at the beginning of each month to let agents get caught up on their previous month closings.
