The Triana Master Development is on target to open phase one later this year. Phoenix-based Gray Development Group is developing the project.

The 48-acre parcel of land is a six-parcel, pedestrian friendly, mixed-use community that integrates residential, retail, office and hotel land uses.

Already under development is the first parcel known as “Barossa at Triana,” a 246-unit apartment home project expected for completion late this year or early 2009.

Also, construction has begun on parcel 3, called "Indigo at Triana", a 485-unit apartment home development that will include 22 buildings and also have a club house.

The remaining four parcels have already been zoned and will include: a hotel, retail, commercial office developments, as well as single-family and senior housing.
