Arizona real estate auction boasts more than 150 properties

Over 150 properties will be auctioned at the upcoming "Great Arizona Real Estate Auction."  Buyers and sellers alike are lining up to take advantage of this unique opportunity.  "This is the best time in decades to buy Real Estate in Arizona, values have declined to the point that you can now purchase property in some cases, at a price lower than it costs build," said John McCann, National Real Estate Auction Corporation (NREAC) President.

The auction will be held at the Phoenix Airport Marriott (4300 E. Washington Street) on Sunday, November 23, 2008. Registration starts at 12:30 PM and bidding scheduled for 1:00 PM.
