600 Foreclosed Phoenix Homes will be Auctioned off in Late January

Nearly 600 foreclosed Phoenix-area homes will be auctioned off in late January.  Valued from $21,000 and $600,000, the homes will be sold between Jan. 20 and Jan. 25 by Hudson and Marshall.

An additional 900 foreclosed homes in Phoenix, Tucson and other parts of Arizona will be sold by Real Estate Disposition Corp.  Approximately half of the Phoenix-area homes that go up for auction close - selling for 70 to 75 percent of their assessed value.
