A $ 41 million dollar project SouthBridge is now opened to their customers in Downtown Scottsdale. Started in the middle of 2006, it connects Fashion Square and Old Town with 5th Avenue shops and rivals San Antonio's RiverWalk, Los Angeles' Rodeo Drive and New York’s SoHo. SouthBridge entertainment center with a possibility to enjoy delicious food, shop in boutique and fashion stores provides a choice of buying an elite single-family residences, two-story townhomes, airy lofts, and single flats in SouthBridge Brownstones, SouthBridge Lofts, or SouthBridge Condos with a true international lifestyle.

A Shopping area will provide a vast variety of fashion independent boutiques and unique stores. The Mix will combine three parts Nest, Live, and Play with a variety of fashion stores, and Scottsdale’s top chefs world-class restaurants. Nest will introduce home furnishings, linens, bath, baby, floral, and garden/patio shops with classic music setting a restful tone. Live will entertain by high- energy music in to an array of 25 shops, restaurants, and a catwalk around The Lemonade Stand Bar with fashion shows. The features of Play will be a toy store, playful, and light atmosphere.

SouthBrige dining area with open-air European-style courtyards will introduce seven exclusive restaurants.

The Foodbar cuisine will have variety of grab-and-go salads, soups, sandwiches, homemade granola with fresh fruits, organic meats, fresh wild-caught seafood and desert selection of imported chocolate, fresh fruit tarts with coffee, tea or fresh juice.

The Canal is designed in an S-shaped fashion runway carved down the middle and flanked by projection screens. Moreover, an expansive glasswall opens views of the Arizona canal, and gives the restaurant a cool, airy quality with outdoor seating along its banks. An artistic design of chairs, silverware, glassware, and a menu of savories and sweets reflect inspiration and relaxation spirit.

The Estate House is a combination of rich, old-world and vibrant modern comforts. The elegant Champagne Bar welcomes visitors by the “French Mediterranean meets California wine country” cuisine and luxurious dining room finished in warm woods, rich textiles and regal, yacht-style nautical touches with a variety of delicious food.

The classic style Digestif restaurant introduces selection of fresh pasta, whole-roasted fish, wild game and custom pizzette. Digestif has the Euro-style plaza alongside a water wall cascading with fresh herbs and edible flowers.

The joy of Mexican tradition provides Mexican Standoff in a spacious and open-air environment. Sea Saw is a true culinary adventure. Executive Chef Nobu Fukuda changes menu daily, and creates a feast for the senses comprised of rare delicacies and cult wines. Shell Shock is the place for a quick snack any time of day, a night out or a night cap.

The new restaurants and retailers opening at SouthBridge are all independent and one-of-a-kind.
