Plans OK'd for land near Desert Ridge

Phoenix's Development Services Department has granted approval to Rightpath Limited Development for its first set of development plans for the 270-acre parcel it owns west of Desert Ridge Marketplace.

The 22-acre development will feature 6 four-story buildings holding 504 units. The Rightpath project will feature multifamily development along the southern and western sides, with single-family homes on the northern side. When completed, the entire area will be home to approximately 3,700 residential units, 900 of them single-family homes.
