CityNorth phase one preps for grand opening

A grand opening celebration will be held Nov. 13-15 for CityCenter, the first phase of CityNorth. 

Located at 56th Street and Deer Valley Drive off Loop 101 in north Phoenix, this mixed-use development is the work of Related Urban and the Thomas J. Klutznick Co.  

High Street, CityCenter's retail space, is expected to include at least 40 retail stores and eight restaurants.  The Residences on High Street will include 39 private condos, while The Residences on High Street Luxury Rentals will offer 60 luxury rental units.
