Well known Pennsylvania's builder - the Toll Brothers, has opened Montevista, a master-planned home community at 56th Street and Dixileta Drive in Cave Creek. Five on-site models are open for viewing.

Upon completion, the gated community will include 302 home sites. A 5-acre community park, with sports courts and a tot lot, is under construction at the community's hub. In addition, walking trails will meander through Montevista's desert setting.

Outdoor living rooms, inviting portico and entry courtyards, spectacular circular foyers and gourmet kitchens are some of the features showcased at Montevista.

Montevista features five collections of one- and two-story home designs:

• The Ocotillo Collection includes four plans ranging from 3,294 to 3,785 square feet and is priced from the upper $500,000s.
• The Palo Verde Collection includes five plans ranging from 2,799 to 3,718 square feet, starting from the upper $500,000s.
• The Desert Willow Collection includes seven plans ranging from 3,150 to 4,249 square feet, starting from the upper $600,000s.
• The Cottonwood Collection includes five plans ranging from 3,402 to 4,639 square feet, starting in the low $700,000s.
• The Cypress Collection features ultra-luxurious homes priced from the upper $900,000s, with four floor plans ranging from 4,060 to 5,125 square feet.
